We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients.

The specialist will need to have a strong understanding of how to use the Google Ads platform and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Job Description:
• Well-versed with Google Ads Policies
• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns as needed
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators
• Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the Google Ads platform and best practices
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Uploading Data on the Website

Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hands-on experience working on Google Ads platform
• Understands keyword matching, keyword research, negative keywords, phrases, long-tail & optimization
• Experienced in understanding Google Analytics
• Creative copywriting for ads
• Experienced in running Google Conversion campaigns across Search, Display & Shopping
• Worked with affiliate ad networks (bonus)
• Understands the campaign data & growth metrics
• Can create reporting dashboards for the partners
• End to end campaign management (From ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate results)
• Conduct keyword research, Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
• Drive campaign optimizations via experiments & new initiatives – A/B testing ad formats, copies, bidding strategy, channel-spend-mix and more
• Campaign Analytics – Measure and report performances of all marketing campaigns against goals
• Research and analyze competitor advertising strategy and tactics
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experiences
• Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for better results
• Analyze creative performance
• Budget management
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in the digital space and then Plan, Execute and Measure experiments and conversion tests

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
